What Studio is

Studio is a free planning tool: you draw a house layout, see it in 3D, ask AI to draft a layout, and see an indicative cost estimate (BQ, bill of quantities) on screen, with a PDF copy by e-mail.

It is a way to explore ideas and start a conversation with RumahHQ. It is not a design, engineering or construction service.

Estimates are indicative and not binding

Every estimate, cost range and BQ produced by Studio:

• is indicative only and based on the information and assumptions you entered and on general rates that change over time;
• is not an offer, a tender, a quotation or a contract, and does not oblige RumahHQ or you to do anything;
• may differ, sometimes a lot, from a firm price, because a firm price needs a site visit, soil and survey information, approved drawings, specifications and a written agreement signed by RumahHQ;
• leaves out items that are listed as not included (for example land, authority fees, furniture and external works).

AI output is a draft

Layouts, images and text created by AI are drafts for inspiration. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your plot.

• A registered architect, engineer or other qualified professional must check and approve any design before it is used for approval, tender or construction.
• AI output does not show compliance with building laws, by-laws, structural, fire or accessibility requirements.
• Do not rely on a drawing, image or estimate from Studio to buy land, sign a contract or start building.

No guarantee

Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it is error-free, always available, or that any result is correct or fit for your purpose.

To the extent allowed by Malaysian law, RumahHQ is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, Studio or its results. Nothing here limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

Your account and use

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number. You agree to:

• use a number that you own or are allowed to use, and keep your WhatsApp secure;
• not share your code with anyone, and not use someone else's number;
• not abuse Studio: no automated requests, no attempts to get around limits or security, no unlawful or harmful content;
• accept that we may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Your content

Your designs, notes and uploads stay yours. You give RumahHQ permission to store and process them to provide Studio to you, including sending your briefs or pictures to the AI provider and using them to prepare your estimate and to follow up with you.

Only upload or type what you have the right to use, and do not include other people's personal data without their permission.

How we contact you

When you sign in you agree that RumahHQ may contact you on WhatsApp and e-mail about your design and quotation. You can withdraw this at any time through Contact Us; we will then stop, except for messages needed to run your account.

Our property

The Studio software, name, logo and design belong to RumahHQ and its licensors. You may use Studio for your own home planning, but not copy it or use it to build a competing service.

Changes

We may change Studio or these terms. We will update this page and its date; if you keep using Studio after a change you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
